How do I subscribe to YupFan
Some of our services are billed on subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed every 12 months or every month, depending on the plan you choose. You will be charged according to your specific plan at each renewal.
For those that'd like to unlock everything, we offer the following price plans to boost your YupFan:

● PLATINUM YEARLY (Save 3+ months)

In the web browser experience, we offer the following payment options:
● Pay using PayPal;
● Pay using Stripe (coming soon).
To upgrade your plan, follow the steps below:
1. Click on your Avatar in the top right corner of the screen.
2. From the Account Settings, look for the option to "Select a Platinum Subscription" and click on it.
3. Choose the relevant subscription from the list and press the "Get Platinum" button.
4. Follow the prompts and read the Terms and Conditions to proceed.
5. Enjoy your upgraded account!
🔔 Note:
You can cancel your paid plan at any time. Also, if you cancel a paid plan it will ordinarily continue until the end of your current billing cycle and then automatically convert to a free plan. This also enables direct switching between monthly and yearly plans as needed.
How to renew your YupFan subscription
Your subscription will renew automatically, billed either monthly or yearly based on the plan you choose.
How do I cancel the subscription
To cancel your subscription, you can directly manage this through PayPal. Simply go to PayPal.com, navigate to Settings -> Payments -> Manage Automatic Payments, and select your subscription. At the top of the subscription details, click "Cancel". Once canceled, you will lose access to all paid membership features at the end of the current period. (For PayPal)
How do I apply for a refund
To the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. YupFan is not responsible for refunds if the service has not been used. When a YupFan account is canceled or deleted, the previous charges will not be refunded, but you would continue to use the service until the end of the term in which you already paid for.
We know that at times your requirements can change. So, if you've upgraded to a paid plan, but cancel within 72 hours, we may make an exception. Please email us at support#yupfan.com(#👉@).
How to delete my YupFan account
We’re sorry to see you go. 🙁Yes, you can delete your account directly from the Account Settings page at any time. Please note:
Deleting your account will permanently remove it. Your YupFan URL will no longer be active and, there will be no way of restoring your YupFan data or reactivating your account. So, if you would like to use YupFan again after you delete your account, you will need to sign up again.

How do I get paid?
Getting paid on YupFan couldn't be easier. Just link your preferred method of payment - whether it's PayPal or Stripe (coming soon). Whenever someone pays you, the funds are transferred immediately and directly into your own personal account with 0% commission.
